Will I receive the exact product shown in the picture?

Sometimes the image doesn't fully reflect the actual product — colors, sizes or lengths may differ. If you have any doubts, please get in touch.

Where can I see my orders?

In your account profile under "Orders" you'll find the full purchase history. You can also jump directly to /account/orders.

I'm not happy with the product. Can I return it?

Yes, we have a clear return policy. All the details are on the Shipping & Delivery page.

What does "Out of stock" mean and when will the product be back?

"Out of stock" means the item is temporarily unavailable. Our team will request and restock it. You can enable a back-in-stock notification from the product page.

Where can I track my order?

Once the order is shipped, the carrier will send you an email with tracking info. You can also find the status in /account/orders.
